Education Award!

We have won another award! We have been announced as winners of an Education Excellence Award from Argyll and Bute Council. We won the section named, 'Working Together', under the title, One Community, One Campus, One School.

Part of the application for this award was the work we have been doing in our garden and the way in which we have worked closely with the academy and the community to achieve this.

We are very proud of this achievement and thank all our partners for their continued support.

Our garden open days in June were nearly too hot! We sold lots of plants and enjoyed a BBQ run by Mr Briggs and his Hospitality students.

In May we welcomed visitors from Kentucky who loved our garden and would like their schools to develop a similar approach.

We were delighted to win a Social Enterprise Award in June. Maggie, Megan and Adam went to the Oran Mor in Glasgow to collect the award which was a beautifully framed certificate.
